Annual & General Meetings
General Meetings are held four times a year in Wellington usually the first Friday in March, June, September and December. Member PHOs are represented at these meetings by their Chairs although there is the ability to appoint proxies or nominees and for Chairs to bring other board members or their CEs depending on items to be discussed. The meetings are held over a full day to allow participants opportunity to: discuss a range of strategic issues; have input into policy development; engage with senior health professionals, community representatives and politicians and importantly to share information and experiences. Agendas and briefing papers are emailed to members the Friday prior.

Meetings are usually held at the Miramar Golf Club or the Brentwood Hotel in Kilbirnie (click links for maps).
